Shared-profit

A business enterprise that is legally structured to spend [at least] half of its profits on a not-for-profit organization/operations of its choosing.......this is a life long requirement for the shared-profits operations.

1) Benefactor for an outside/unaffiliated Non-profit(s).

OR

2) It is a dual-operation enterprise with BOTH For-profit and Not-for-profit functions with profits going from one to the other.

OR

3) A dual operation of for-profit and government operation with most/all profits going to government

OR

4) Benefactor for a government operation or operations, otherwise run as private enterprise....could be a reward mechanism for entrepreneurial and effective government employees or way for a government-based business loan to be paid back.

This creates a means by which not-for-profits can allay themselves of the concern of insufficient funding for their works...creating their own dependable and vital sources of funding independent of charity.

It enshrines the responsibility of businesses to their communities, rather than hoping that a charitable spirit will be present when neccesity calls...

It encourages ownership of not-for-profit works, rather than treating work in this field as training wheels for the business world.

It is a means by which government can decrease taxation and encourage entrepreneurial habits in its ranks and creative participation of the public in civic works.

And most importantly it is a means of shifting the basis of business from a strictly selfish enterprise....whats in it for me...me me me....to we we we....how we can enrich our community materially and immaterially......how we can succeed together.

Immaterialism

The Materialism of modern life chokes peoples spirits, and the antidote to this lies in changing of a persons focus from the outside to the inside, of what is important.
The world will remain outside mostly unchanged no matter our efforts, but what we feel, and think and how we relate to the world and people, this is maleable, and subject to our efforts to be who and what we want to be.
The point of encouraging people to focus on the inner qualities of existence is to enrich the inner being in everyone, so that much of our unhappiness, disharmony, and conflict may be expunged from the outer and inner-life of people.

The use of the material world is in keeping with its applications in enriching the inner-sphere of life, not for its own sake.

Virtuous Path

It is not enough to tell people to be good or tell them why, and why should people listen anyway...whats in it for them...?

The Virtuous Path is a way of promoting virtue by good example, and nothing more...there is no prosletyzing.

A person following the virtuous path is a person who selects a virtue to follow, and becomes an example of that virtue by their deeds, not their rhetoric...
The more people that commit themselves to this path, the more virtuous deeds are added to our life experience, and as the numbers and types multiply, it becomes a part of the cultural makeup to cultivate within oneself the virtues of our civilization, our human best.

C-Systems' Virtuous path is Philanthropy, which broadly defined means the uplifting of humanity, the improvement of human welfare.
This is a virtue that we love and hope to instill in many others, by example of our leadership.

Social Capitalism

The focus of conventional capitalism is the enrichment of the individual, with the competition between individuals resulting in
greater efficiencies of problem solving and lowering of cost of doing a thing in order to profit from it more.
This is a materialistic enterprise.

Social Capitalisms (SoCap) emphasis is on the immaterial enrichment of the individual and the community.
The competition between people is for better ways and means of developing a human being and his/her potentials and improving on the broader communities experiences and quality of life.
The development of thought and feelling, and all of their expressions...is for the purpose of creating a harmonious society with able, content, and purposeful people.

Eupraxophy

Originally conceived as means of differentiating between philosphical concepts of Humanism, by creating a definitive distinction between Theistic (religious) and Non-theistic.

This idea is a word that stems from the combonation of three greek words

Eu:  Good

Praxis:  Practice

Sophia:  Philosophic and Scientific Wisdom

Defined by a well known secular humanist by the name of Paul Kurtz, who wrote a book about it..... Living Without Religion: Eupraxophy (1991) to explain the idea.

Since then this idea has been further developed with more focus given to it's roots as a non-theistic system with a world view independent of the secular humanistic inspiration of Mr. Kurtz.

In sum it is this:

Eupraxophy is a system or constitution of guiding convictions and practices, which are determined by the rational exploration, study, and explanation of human nature, knowledge, and experiences. It is practiced consciously with principled judgement and an ethical commitment to life.
