Titles
If you want a definitive title and limited tasks to frame your relationship with us, as an employee, that will be a problem.
Our organization is based on adaptations to needed functions rather than permanent titles to define a persons responsibilities.
Titles come and go and do not reflect the limitations of a persons powers, privaleges, or responsibilities.
There is no such thing as an engineer for life, or secretary for life...careers in this sense are not available.....we are about human development.....not the status quo, we are change agents.
Changes in our strategic or tactical situation will define
what we need in skills and tasks to be performed...and this
is how the nature of ones work will be defined.
We simply move people around, developing their talents as they develop and maintain our operations...making use of everyone and all of their potential...not just what a given titled position may ask for in a typical work enviornment.
A person may serve in multiple roles, reflecting many functions based on talent and interest and our needs...giving each person an opportunity to not just stretch as a professional, but as an explorer of what life has to offer.
Quite literally, as a person develops their talents they become accredited as to their understandings and experiences...providing a far richer reflection of that persons suitability for problem solving in a variety of areas should they choose to find work elsewhere...
PRESENTLY these are the function groupings (always subject to revision) which a person may belong to

Sharing Responsibilities
We emphasize the importance of everyone partaking in the completion of all the work, this includes all "grunt" work.
That means being an "exec" will not keep you from sweeping up trash, giving out flyers, painting a building, or any of the other "meanial" and repetative tasks that are necessary to maintain a system.
When necessity calls, you will be expected to be ready to deliver on your commitment to the organization, not just a position that obsolves you of the responsibility to help solve problems in areas you don't specialize in.
Everyone works toward common goals, so in practical terms if all the sales work is done for the day and engineering, R&D, or legal need help, you will be made available to them rather than expecting the specialists to do all the work themselves.
This is also a way of encouraging a group consciousness, a community of common interests in which everyone takes part of the responsiblity of success and in its rewards.
It also helps people become familiar with all the other facets of the organization and their particular concerns and problems, which lends itself neatly to enhancing peoples empathy to one another.
Investing in You
Everyone (regardless of how "high" or "low" they may be perceived to be) can apply anytime for further advancement, and based on commitment and demonstrated/tested talent, will receive investment of time, material, and effort best suited to advance that person to their desired destination....while improving the intelligence and effectiveness of the group, and our company as a whole.
The Use of Your Time
All living organisms include biological clocks that regulate the processes of the body.
In humans the Infradians....monthlies; Circadian...dailies;
Ultradian.....hourlies, regulate when its best to sleep, eat, and do most everything else.
In particular, we will strive to maintain support and implementation of systems that are conducive to peoples natural rhythms on an hourly basis....your high energy cycles are in the 90-120 minute range, this is why most movies are in that range...because beyond that your mind wanders...only natural.
Your low energy cycles require 15-20 minute breaks, ideally to rest separate from distractions. Likewise, this is why most breaks are in the 15-30 minute range.
Therefore we will have rest areas and cots/beds and will encourage awareness and use of these natural energy revitalizing breaks/recovery periods throughout the day.
