Introduction



We are a social-capitalist enterprise, our primary focus is in searching for ways and means of creating profitable products and services for the purpose of generating funds for use in civic and not-for-profit projects.        

We are not married to a core product or service, as our perception of the markets of capitalist enterprise, is that they provide far too much opportunity for success, to limit ourselves to a defining product or service type.
We are a full spectrum enterprise, whatever we can profit at selling is a viable option of pursuit.
 
We don't believe that the focus of business should be a zero-sum mentality, we win or you do.....everyone should benefit.

In rejecting the 'profit at all cost' philosophy, practiced by so many, we have come up with a new model of business.....the shared-profit, a company with dual responsibilities for, and ownership of, for-profit and not-for-profit operations.
With half or more of the profits of business operations feeding the civic and social projects which selfessly serve the greater good.

An enterprise who's conscience is molded at the inception of it's founding, and within which it's function is rooted, rather than adopted through outside pressures.

The pursuit of profits, whether of money or property, or any form besides one that might be termed 'social gains' or 'civic gains', is ALWAYS secondary in this enterprise.

We aim to be the first company of it's kind in the world, in that our interests from beginning to end are global in vision and efforts, humanitarian and philanthropic in material and immaterial expression, and highly profitable.

We believe in most peoples capacity for excellence and fulfilment is always within reach...and only needs to be uncovered and honed.
With the resources developed by our for-profit operations we intend to invest ourselves in spreading the wealth of knowledge, experiences, and material that will allow people to achieve their very best.

...And make us all better people in the process.



Our Long Term Outlook

We will compete with established companies that prevail in and dominate their industries...among them: entertainment, internet services, personal technologies, computer software and hardware, information and news services, general retailing, transportation, and others as time and resources permit.

MOST wealth we create will be either spent in further research and development, new products
and services, or with existing commitments to projects and organizations we have forged, or which we have partnered with.

And as our financial standing improves and the upward limits of our growth come in sight (around 10 years) the overwhelming majority (90%+) of our wealth and material profits will be channeled to our civic projects/not-for-profits, globally.

We begin with a firm commitment of a quarter of our companies profits towards civic and not-for-profit projects.....in addition to the shared-profit operations which we create to serve particular purposes, in our local and our global commonwealths.
